王德寿 1964年9月出生,西南大学教授,动物学、水生生物学、水产养殖学博士生导师,中国动物学会理事,重庆动物学会秘书长,中国水产学会水产生物技术专业委员会委员,中国鱼类学会会员,水产科学重庆市首届学术科技带头人,淡水鱼类资源与生殖发育教育部重点实验室副主任,鱼类的生殖和发育研究教育部创新团队鱼类生殖与生长调控方向带头人,西南大学生命科学学院院长。

王德寿,男,1964年9月生。理学博士,教授,博士导师,中国动物学会理事,中国鱼类学会副理事长,中国动物学会比较内分泌学分会理事,中国水产学会水产生物技术专业委员会委员,中国遗传学会动物遗传专业委员会委员,重庆动物学会理事长,重庆市水产学学术技术带头人。淡水鱼类资源与生殖发育教育部重点实验室主任,重庆市发改委淡水鱼类新品种繁育工程实验室主任,鱼类的生殖和发育研究教育部创新团队鱼类生殖与生长调控方向带头人,西南大学生命科学学院院长。1988年在西南师范大学获硕士学位后留校任教,1993年破格晋升为副教授。1996年从中山大学生命科学学院鱼类室获理学博士学位后回校工作,1998年晋升为教授。1998-2007年先后在以色列巴伊兰大学、荷兰乌德勒支大学比较内分泌研究小组、香港中文大学生化系和日本国立基础生物学研究所生殖生物学研究室做博士后、访问学者或合作研究。
主要从事鱼类生殖和生长调控、特别是性别分化分子机制研究。从80年代中期开始对长江上游大鳍s和南方鲇等鲇形目鱼类进行了系统研究。为将它们培育成为名、特、优新品种做了奠基性工作。近年来,对芳香化酶基因的表达调控做了开创性的工作,提出转录因子通过调节芳香化酶表达,控制雌激素水平从而决定性别分化方向的假说并加以证实。在遗传育种方面,建立了分子标记选育遗传全雄和超雄罗非鱼的技术、转基因和基因工程育种技术。在生长方面,与香港中文大学郑汉其教授团队合作,先后从多种硬骨鱼类克隆了两个生长激素受体(GHR1,GHR2),两个促乳素受体(PRLR1,PRLR2)和三个类胰岛素生长因子(IGF-1,IGF-2,IGF-3),且发现IGF-3仅在性腺表达,据此提出了鱼类存在一个性腺特有的GH/GHR/IGF轴的假说以解释鱼类性腺的生长与身体的生长既相互联系又相互独立的生理现象。先后主持863和973课题、国家自然科学基金重点、教育部重点、农业部948项目等20余项。先后在PLOS Genetics、Scientific Reports、Genetics、Endocrinology、Molecular Endocrinology、Molecular and Cellular Endocrinology、Journal of Molecular Endocrinology、Journal of Endocrinology、General and Comparative Endocrinology、Biology of Reproduction、Biochemical and Biophysical Research Communications、Molecular Reproduction and development、BMC Molecular Biology、Gene Expression Patterns、Comparative Biochemistry and Physiology 、Zoological Science、Fish Physiology and Biochemistry、Journal of Fish Biology、《动物学报》和《水产学报》等国内外学术杂志发表学术论文100余篇,70余篇被SCI收录,总影响因子超过150,被SCI论文引用1500余次。多次在国际学术会议上作特邀或大会发言。获重庆市自然科学一等奖、科技进步一等奖和教学成果二等奖各一项。 获得发明专利5项。
先后为本科和研究生主讲分子生物学、脊椎动物学及实验、比较生理学、鱼类生理学、生物统计学、专业英语等课程。领衔申报获准动物学重庆市市级精品课程。

学术成就
从上世纪80年代中期开始对长江流域中的鲇形目鱼类进行了应用基础和开发研究工作,内容涉及年龄与生长、食性、繁殖、胚胎发育与胚后发育、生殖的神经内分泌调控、人工繁殖、性别决定与分化等领域。对大鳍和粗唇d的生物学进行了深入系统的研究并获得该鱼人工繁殖的成功。提出以新型鱼类催产剂取代类似物加脑垂体的方法诱导经济鲇鱼人工繁殖并在生产实践中得到实际应用。在南方鲇、长吻d的苗种生产和养殖推广方面做了大量工作,产生了可观的经济效益和社会效益。近年来主要以重要养殖鱼类罗非鱼和南方鲇为研究对象,从事鱼类性别决定与分化和生长调控的分子机制研究,在芳香化酶的表达调控、减数分裂的控制、生长激素及其受体和类胰岛素样生长因子等方面取得了突出成绩:
基因1、从硬骨鱼类克隆了一系列在性别决定通路上起重要作用的基因,首次提出转录因子通过调控芳香化酶的表达、控制雌激素水平而影响鱼类性分化方向的假说,并用离体和在体研究加以证明(Molecular Endocrinology 为阐明脊椎动物尤其是鱼类性别决定与分化分子机制提供了新思路。2007;BBRC),2004,第一作者;Journal of Endocrinology(JOE)2007a;FBP2009,通讯作者
酶2、从罗非鱼等硬骨鱼类克隆了类固醇合成途径中居于核心位置的关键酶P450c17a-II,发现它才是真正参与鱼类配子成熟诱导激素合成的酶,进一步阐明了鱼类类固醇合成途径和分子机制,并提出它可能与早期减数分裂调控相关(Endocrinology2007,指导博士生完成,排名第二;BBRC2007,同等贡献作者)。此外,还克隆了罗非鱼和南方鲇生殖细胞和减数分裂的多种分子标记,为阐明鱼类减数分裂调控机制及其在脊椎动物的演化趋势奠定了基础。
基因编码3、提出硬骨鱼类普遍具有不同基因编码的两种GHR(JME2006,同等贡献作者)、PRLR(JOE2007b,通讯作者)和三种IGF(BBRC2008,第一作者)的假说并加以证实,提出在鱼类性腺中可能存在特有的“GH/GHR/IGF-3”轴以解释鱼类性腺生长既依赖于身体生长又独立于身体生长的分子机制;此外还克隆了多种转录因子(BBRC,2002,2004;2006,第一作者)和类固醇合成酶的复制基因(JME2003;2005,同等贡献作者),开辟了鱼类生殖和生长研究的新领域。
