王昊阳(博士)的个人简介

王昊阳,中国科学院上海有机化学研究所副研究员,质谱组组长,硕士研究生导师,中国科学院青年创新促进会会员,他在有机质谱学研究,在新型质谱离子源研发,反应机理与气相化学研究,食品安全和药物分析的质谱快检技术开发等方面取得了一些科研成果。

研究方向

王昊阳博士主要从事有机质谱学研究,致力于开发质谱学新技术解决有机化学中有挑战的难题,并基于有机化学基本理论发展新的质谱学方法。在新型质谱离子源研发,反应机理与气相化学研究,食品安全和药物分析的质谱快检技术开发等方面取得了一些科研成果。

学术成就

针对有机化学研究领域内的一些核心科学问题,结合快速微量采样和在线监控技术,对一系列有挑战的有机化学反应中关键瞬态活泼反应中间体进行了研究和表征,为有机化学研究提供了其他谱学手段无法提供的关键信息。经过多年的积累,围绕新型离子化技术研发,有机化学反应机理和气相化学研究,形成了较为完整的有机质谱研究体系。并将新型质谱分析手段与策略,应用于药物分析方法开发、酶活性研究,食品安全检测和活性生物分子分析等。已发表科研论文90篇,其中SCI 科研论文70余篇。包括:J. Am. Chem. Soc.,ACS Catalysis,Chem. Eur. J.,Scientific Reports,Anal. Chem.,Organometallics,Org. Lett.,Chem. Sci.,J. Am. Soc. Mass Spectrom.和RSC Advances等。受邀在Top. Curr. Chem.,Org. Chem. Front.,J. Chromatogr. B.和Curr. Org. Chem.等杂志上撰写综述, 为Wiley-VCH和Taylor & Francis出版社的两部科研专著撰写了章节。主持教育部留学回国人员科研启动基金项目,国家自然科学基金项目5项,上海市科委重大基础研究专项1项,中国科学院仪器设备功能开发技术创新项目1项。
