汪海健(湖北农学院)的个人简介

复旦大学生命科学学院与生物医学研究院副教授。研究领域包括肿瘤遗传流行病学、药物基因组学、肿瘤与衰老以及药物代谢相关基因的进化群体遗传学。曾获得2005年军队科技进步一等奖。

研究方向

研究领域包括复杂疾病的遗传易感性,比较与进化药物基因组学,以及分子水平人类适应性进化。目前研究方向为P450和ABC转运体等药物代谢酶的进化与功能基因组学。对疾病的遗传分析,不仅需要从横向的空间上分析不同群体或个体的遗传变异对疾病谱和易感性的影响,而且需要在纵向的进化历史中,把疾病的自然史和人类的分子适应性进化结合起来,考察人类起源迁移的群体历史中,动态变化的环境风险因素对疾病相关基因的达尔文分子选择。运用群体遗传学与分子进化的原理与方法,结合分子与细胞生物学的实验手段,以及基于家系或群体的疾病连锁与关联分析,从多个水平研究“疾病遗传与人类进化”,不仅对探询人类进化的自然史有重要理论意义,而且对了解包括肿瘤与心脑血管疾病等重大复杂疾病的病因学,以及疾病谱和药物反应性的群体差异,并最终促进疾病群体预防和个体化治疗,亦有重大现实意义。
