吴迪(南大教授)的个人简介
吴迪,男,博士,南京大学材料科学与工程系教授。
人物经历
1996年本科毕业于南京大学物理系,2000年博士毕业于南京大学物理系,随后进入南京大学材料科学与工程系工作,曾在法国国家科学研究中心图卢兹材料表征中心访问研究。现为科技部国家重大科学研究计划项目首席科学家。
研究方向
超薄铁电薄膜及其尺寸效应、铁电隧道结和多铁性隧道结、氧化物异质结构界面上的二维电子气及其调控、钙钛矿氧化物超晶格中的新效应
研究工作集中在钙钛矿氧化物薄膜和异质结构的制备、表征及其在新型器件中的应用。通过精确控制组分、应变、界面耦合等参数提高材料的性能,甚至产生自然材料不具备的新的性能,研究钙钛矿薄膜和异质结构材料的基本物性问题及其潜在的应用,为后摩尔时代的新型存储和逻辑器件打下材料和物理基础。研究工作主要包括(1)介电、铁电和多铁性薄膜的制备及相关材料物理、器件物理;(2)钙钛矿异质结构中与界面相关的新现象、新效应及其量子调控;(3)铁电纳米结构的制备及其性能表征。

主持了多项国家和省部级研究项目,参与编写教材一部,申请及获得多项国家发明专利,发表了80余篇SCI论文,H因子21,获得2005年度国家自然科学奖二等奖。
