王天文(华理教授)的个人简介
王天文,男,1977年生,河南南召人,九三学社,副教授,博士,生物化学与分子生物学专业、生物工程专业、轻工技术与工程专业硕士生导师,生物反应器国家重点实验室、 纳米生物工程实验室、生物医药纳米中心固定研究人员。
人物简介
2000年毕业于河南农业大学,获得微生物学学士学位,2003年毕业于福建农业大学生物化学与分子生物学专业,获硕士学位,2006年毕业于华东理工大学生物化工专业,获博士学位。随后分别在清华大学和新加坡国立大学(The National University of Singapore)进行博士后(Research fellow)研究。曾任职于天津大学和江南大学, 2013年加入华东理工大学生物工程学院。AFOB会员,中国生物工程学会会员,上海生物工程学会会员。至2014年4月,已发表SCI论文19篇,申请发明专利多项,其中美国专利一项。

研究方向
1.生物化学
主要针对具有重要应用前景的酶、蛋白等。综合运用生物化学和分子生物学的手段,发现和改造具有重要应用前景的酶或蛋白,并应用于生物催化中。
2.合成生物学
以生产具有抗癌作用的天然产物(如抗生素、非核糖体肽等)为目标产物,运用代谢工程手段和合成生物学策略,构建理性化设代谢途径,通过发酵等过程,获得目标产物。
3.RNA生物学
主要针对蛋白质合成机器核糖体的结构和功能,设计合适的tRNA,实现在蛋白质中掺入利于后期修饰的非天然氨基酸,为制备超高稳定性酶催化剂或药物蛋白提供解决方案。
